How PT works


To start your new journey through 1:1, you can simply email me at aa_fitness@outlook.com.

To start your new journey through online personal training, you firstly need:

  • A MyFitnessPal account set up (free app download)
  • Food scales
  • Body-weight scales

If you have all of these, or are happy to acquire all 3, then you can move onto the 7 step process:

Step 1:

Fill out my Assessment Form and PAR-Q to see if we are suitable to work together

Step 2:

I will contact you to discuss your results to decide the best course of action

Step 3:

Pay for chosen package and receive your welcome pack which includes my nutrition book, overcoming obstacles guide and T&Cs

Step 4:

You will receive an email with a download link to my fitness app

Step 5:

Once downloaded, fill out the details (body stats) in my app (height, weight, age, gender etc.) We will then customize your MyFitnessPal calories and macronutrients based on the information you provided in the assessment form 

Step 6:

I will build your personalized workout plan, ready for you to start as soon as possible so that you can begin tracking your workouts and nutrition

Step 7:

Any changes will be applied as and when required to keep you on track
